Navigation and footer buttons now use a leading "/" (e.g. /developers, /report, /privacy) instead of the previous "system." prefix.

Introduced a three-tier role system on user accounts: regular, moderator, and administrator. Roles are stored on the profile, enforced server-side, and protected by row-level security so they cannot be changed from the browser. The current role is shown on the profile page below the username.
