Each user is now capped at 5 pending submissions or corrections at any time. Trying to submit when at the cap shows a clear message asking the user to wait until a moderator reviews one of their existing submissions.

Public contributor profiles at /u/<username> now display earned badges next to the role and join date: First Contribution, 5/10/25 Approved, Verified Developer, and role badges for moderators and administrators. Badges are computed from existing data — no new fields.
