The privacy policy now mentions that the last-sign-in timestamp recorded by the authentication system is visible to administrators for account-management purposes. Last updated: 2026-05-05.

Administrators have a new [ MANAGE USERS ] page accessible from the admin dashboard. It lists every registered account (10 per page) with username, registration date, last sign-in date and current role. Clicking a username opens an inline panel with role-change buttons (REGULAR / MODERATOR / ADMINISTRATOR). The previous "promote by username" form was removed in favour of this list.
